Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you
“But the Imam Mahdi calls this indecency, the name (indecency of evil deviation between males), as for its ruling surely it falls under the indecency of adultery; a hundred lashes and you add to that the banishment from the land for a whole year. Indeed, only the banishment from the land is to be thrown in prison so he would be exiled from the public street for a period of a year to the fact he is mischievous (concerning) morals.”
?Does this ruling apply to indecency of the evil deviation among homosexual women

..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you
In regards to women, lesbianism is forbidden and it is prohibited for the fact it inflames lust, then it leads woman to fornication with a man, as for the women lesbianism punishment-law’s application, I do not find it in Allah’s Book, but I can say: Certainly lesbianism -womb to womb- among women is forbidden in Allah’s decisive Book for the fact Allah commanded them to restrain their sexual passion, and we base the forbidding of it on the word of Allah the Most High: {And who restrain their sexual passions,(5) Except in the presence of their mates or those whom their right hands possess, for such surely are not blamed,(6) But whoever seeks to go beyond that, such are transgressors.(7)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mu´minoon] 23:5-7, look at the word of Allah the Most High: {But whoever seeks to go beyond that, such are transgressors.(7)}Truthful Allah the Great.
{وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ ﴿٥﴾ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ ﴿٦﴾ فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ ﴿٧﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المؤمنون]
{ فَمَنِ ابْتَغى وَراءَ ذلِكَ فَأُولئِكَ هُمُ العادُونَ } صدق الله العظيم.

حكمُ سحاق الرحم بالرحم بين النّساء محرّمٌ في محكم كتاب الله ..

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
ولكن الإمام المهدي يطلق على هذه الفاحشة اسم (فاحشة الشذوذ المنكر بين الذكور)، وأما حكمُها فيندرج تحت حكم فاحشة الزّنى مائة جلدة وتزيدون على ذلك النّفي من الأرض لمدة عامٍ كاملٍ، ألا وإنّما النّفيُ من الأرض هو أن يُلقى في السّجن فيُنْفى عن الشارع العام لمدة عامٍ كونه من المفسدين للأخلاق.
وهل ينطبق هذا الحكم على فاحشة الشذوذ المنكر بين النساء المثليات؟

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته..
بالنسبة للنساء، فهو محرمٌ عليهن السِحاق ويُمنَعنَ من ذلك كونه يؤجِّجُ الشهوةَ، ومن ثم يقودُ المرأةَ للزنى مع رجلٍ.
وأمّا بالنسبة أنَّ لسحاق النساء حدٌ يتمُّ تطبيقُه فلا أجدُه في كتاب الله، ولكني أستطيع أن أقول: إنَّ سِحاق الرحِم بالرحم بين النساء محرَّمٌ في محكم كتاب الله لكون الله أمرهنّ أن يحافِظنَ على فروجِهنَّ. ونستند في تحريمه إلى قول الله تعالى:
{وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ ﴿٥﴾ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ ﴿٦﴾ فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ ﴿٧﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [المؤمنون]، فانظرنَ لقول الله تعالى: { فَمَنِ ابْتَغى وَراءَ ذلِكَ فَأُولئِكَ هُمُ العادُونَ } صدق الله العظيم.
وسلامٌ على المرسلين، والحمد لله ربّ العالمين..
