Bism Allah.. "In the name of Allah.." is a verse of (Al-Fatiha) and it is a must reciting it in the prayer otherwise the prayer has diminished

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful
Indeed all praise due to Allah and we ask Him forgiveness and we seek refuge in Allah from the evil of ourselves from our bad deeds, and forgiveness and peace be upon the beloveds of Allah from the first one of them to the last one of them of the worlds
I have a question I hope to find the answer for it from the supporters or the Imam forgiveness of Allah and His peace be upon you altogether
Q: Is the (basmala) starting by the name of Allah is considered a verse from the verses of the chapters?
If it was from the verses of the chapters should reciting it at the beginning of the chapter during the prayer or not? And what the ruling of who forgot reciting it?
And if it was not from the verses of the chapter then why we find the Opening of the Book (Al-Fatiha) being named with: The dual seven
And that’s for the word of Allah the Most High: {And certainly We have given you seven oft-repeated (verses) and the grand Quran.} [Al-Hijr] 15:87

You had answered yourself by yourself
Surely the (Besmala) starting in the name of Allah is a verse from (Al-Fatiha) the opening of the Book and it is a must reciting it in the prayer otherwise the prayer is lessened and could be invalidated because no prayers to who does not recite the Opening of the Book
except chapter (Bara’ah) there is no starting in the name of Allah (Basmala) for the immunity of Allah and His messenger from the polytheists-idolaters
and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds..
