Not lawful the handshake to a woman of other than Maharem in Allah’s law, so keep your duty to Allah O possessors of understanding-minds..


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon all Allah’s prophets and messengers and their families till the seal of them, and the followers to the Truth from their Lord till Judgement day, after this..

Not permissible the handshake of women from other than the close relatives Maharam as like the wife of the brother (sister in law), not allowed for the brother in law to have her shake hand with his hand, but to wave to her with his hand with the salutation, and she has the right to return the salutation to him and to ask him about himself and for him to ask her about herself, but it is not lawful for the brother in law to be in seclusion with the wife of his brother alone by themselves no matter how is confidence in himself, so keep your duty to Allah O possessors of understanding-minds, surely that of the steps of satan to order you with evil and indecency, and lower your gaze to guard your chastity, and that is not of making hardship on you from your Lord; in fact a mercy from Allah with you and man is created weak. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Allah desires to explain to you, and to guide you into the ways of those before you, and to turn to you (mercifully). And Allah is Knowing, Wise.(26) And Allah desires to turn to you (mercifully). And those who follow (their) lusts desire that you should deviate (with) a great deviation.(27) Allah desires to make light your burdens, and man is created weak.(28)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:26-28
{يُرِ‌يدُ اللَّـهُ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَكُمْ وَيَهْدِيَكُمْ سُنَنَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَيَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَاللَّـهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ ﴿٢٦﴾ وَاللَّـهُ يُرِ‌يدُ أَن يَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَيُرِ‌يدُ الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الشَّهَوَاتِ أَن تَمِيلُوا مَيْلًا عَظِيمًا ﴿٢٧﴾ يُرِ‌يدُ اللَّـهُ أَن يُخَفِّفَ عَنكُمْ ۚ وَخُلِقَ الْإِنسَانُ ضَعِيفًا ﴿٢٨﴾} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
