Consolation from the Imam Mahdi to the people of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, government and people, and the judgement of nullifying the punishment-law of burning in Allah's religion of Islam..


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon all the prophets of Allah and His messengers from the first one of them to the seal of them Mohammad the messenger of Allah and all the believers in every time and place till the day of judgement, I do not differentiate among any one of His messengers and I am of the submitter Muslims, after this..

First, we send our condolences to the tribes of Al-Kasasbeh in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and to His Royal Highness King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as well as to all the Jordanian people and government in what befell them into the pilot Muath Al-Kasasbeh who Da’ish executed him burning to death, so they settled upon him a court ruling from themselves, Allah has not sent down for it of authority in the decisive Quran, they who name themselves Islamic state! It must have been released in the burning of the Jordanian pilot a court ruling from Sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi Da’ish leader. I am the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni I convict in every sense of the word, and I condemn whatever denounce this heinous crime that caused pain to the hearts of the humans altogether and bloodied the heart of every human being with alive conscience. As we said that must who just issued a court judgement from sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi by executing the Jordanian pilot by burning until death, and the question that arises directly to sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi: Where did you bring this judgement in fatwa of burning the pilot Muath Al-Kasasbeh? Accordingly, and based upon the word of Allah the Most High: {And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the wrongdoers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:45, since you you call to an Islamic caliphate and since sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi and his party Da’ish are fighting to achieve the Islamic caliphate; so lay the question once again to sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi: Do you see that you judged in what Allah sent down regarding the pilot Muath Al-Kasasbeh to the fact you sentenced him by burning with fire until badly-charred and burnt to death? And indeed I am the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni inviting sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi to resort for arbitration to the great Quran till we raise the argument against him by the Truth from the decisive-law of the great Quran in regarding of his judgment by the punishment-law of burning till death for the captive pilot. So do you bring this judgement through Allah’s decisive-laws and His punishment-laws or the laws of (Al-Taghoot) tyrant satan? And Allah the Most High said: {Is it then the judgment of ignorance that they desire? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:50

Most certainly and indeed from the laws of same (Al-Taghoot) the tyrant satan in the ignorant-era is the punishment-law of burning until death to who believed in Allah Him Alone, and degraded their idol-gods and for that the folks of prophet of Allah Abraham -forgiveness and peace be upon him- decided to execute him by burning until death so Allah saved him, as well we find the same law of (Al-Taghoot) the tyrant satan being applied from who claimed divinity and ordered in digging the trench and setting fire in it then ordered by law of the execution sentence by (burning) until death against who believed in Allah Him Alone. Allah the Most High said: {By the heaven full of stars!(1) And by the Promised day!(2) And the bearer of witness and that to which witness is borne!(3) Destruction overtake the companions of the trench!(4) The fire fed with fuel,(5) When they sit by it,(6) And they are witnesses of what they do with the believers.(7) And they punished them for naught but that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Praised,(8)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Burooj] 85:1-8

We infer from this that the execution of burning until death is from the laws of Al-Taghoot in the rights of humans and not the law of Allah the One the All Mighty, and Allah did not sent down an authority by this judgement in the decisive law of the Quran so Allah and His messenger did not say it, so do you have an authority in this judgement of burning until death from Allah’s word and His messenger? Then bring to us by Allah’s judgement of the punishment-law of burning if you were of the truthful; regardless is the pilot deserving the death or he does not deserve; but our argument against you is the forging of the punishment-law in Islam that Allah did not send down an authority which is the penalty-law of execution by the burning fire until death, this is a major crime and heinous in the right of humanity violating to the judgement of Allah and His messenger in judgement-law (regarding) the captive, in fact Allah’s judgement in regarding the captive is one judgement even if the captive was an infidel fighting against Allah and His messenger and had been captured in war so Allah ruled in his regard so He did not ordered in burning him until death; in fact Allah authorized the believers to take ransom in exchange of releasing him, and if the captive is poor and his family are poor so Allah ordered in set him free without any charge, for Allah’s pleasure. In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, smite the necks; then, when you have overcome them, make (them) prisoners, and afterwards (set them free) as a favor or for ransom till the war lay down its burdens. That (shall be so). And if Allah please, He would certainly exact retribution from them, but that He may try some of you by means of others. And those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will never allow their deeds to perish.}Truthful Allah the Great [Mohammad] 47:4

This is Allah’s judgement against the disbelieving solder even though he is fighting against Allah and his messenger. And Allah the Most High said: {So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, smite the necks; then, when you have overcome them, make (them) prisoners, and afterwards (set them free) as a favor or for ransom till the war lay down its burdens. That (shall be so). And if Allah please, He would certainly exact retribution from them, but that He may try some of you by means of others. And those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will never allow their deeds to perish.}Truthful Allah the Great. So what about the Muslim captive O Abu Bakr? So if you executed him by the sword it would had been easier despite that killing the prisoner of war solder is forbidden in Allah’s decisive Book the great Quran because he is the commanded servant, but you burnt the captive in the fire alive until death! O what a crime being recorded in the history of the major crimes in the history of humanity who denies it the Muslims and the infidel.

And what we want it from sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi or one of his deputies to come to the website of the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni to knock an argument by the argument; if not then here it is clear for every Muslim that you are not ruling by what Allah sent down. And Allah the Most High said: {And that you should judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their low desires, and be cautious of them lest they seduce you from part of what Allah has revealed to you. Then if they turn away, know that Allah desires to afflict them for some of their sins. And surely many of the people are transgressors.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:49

And Allah the Most High said: {Is it then the judgment of ignorance that they desire? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:50

And Allah the Most High said: {And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the wrongdoers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:45

We plead to Allah by the fact of no God but Him and by the fact of the greatness of the Bliss of His Self’s pleasure the Most High to immerse the pilot Muath Al-Kasasbeh in His mercy and to forgive him and to make him enter His vast heavenly-gardens and all the dead of the Muslims, we belong to Allah and to Him we shall return, and cause the Truth to triumph and bring the falsehood to perish wherever be, and to fulfill for the Muslims and the whole worlds a just islamic khilafat achieving the international peace among the human populations and achieves the peacful living between the Muslim and non Muslim so no compulsion in Allah’s religion and Allah did not send the religion of Islam but as a mercy for the worlds. Indeed by Allah you do not guide the human by the sword blade; in fact the call to Allah’s path is by the wisdom and the good advice and the well manners. In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and goodly exhortation, and argue with them in the best manner. Surely your Lord knows best him who strays from His path, and He knows best those who go aright.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nahl] 16:125

We order who can of the supporters in the publication of this statement delivering it to Arab and Islamic media as much as they could, And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds.
