In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the entire prophets and messengers, and upon everyone who followed them with goodness till judgement day, after this..
And Allah made for each (mansakan) a ritual-place of worship, so there is a frequent House on the outer-side of earth night and day does not get vacant from the mention (of Allah), prayers and circling (around Kaaba) night and day throughout twenty-four hours to the fact it is pilgrimage ritual-place of worship, and it is the first House placed for people to (perform) pilgrimage of which a branch of Becca one of the branches of the honored Mecca, Allah’s messenger Abraham built it with his son Ismael -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon them.

Also there is another ritual-place of worship to the south who built it Allah’s prophet Ibrahim son of Ismael son of Abraham and that is Dhul Qarnain; the fact when they offered him an annual fee for a certain time in exchange to make a barrier between them and the mischief-makers in the tunnelly land of the wrongdoers for its weak population, then refused Allah’s prophet Ibrahim son of Ismael who is Dhul Qarnain which means who has two lifetimes. The important; because of what they witnessed that he is not greedy for their wealth, and he said: [COLOR="#008000"]{That wherein my Lord has established me is better,}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Kahf] 18:95, that means it is better for me with my Lord to do it exclusively for Allah’s pleasure without fee for his work in exchange from them, and because of his justice and his hate for the injustice (against) Allah’s deemed-weak servants so after building the barrier they asked him to be a king for them and to rule by what Allah sent down (of laws) with justice, so he tarried there and he built a ritual-place of worship to perform pilgrimage rits at Allah’s House.
