In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Whoever obeys the messenger, he indeed obeys Allah. And whoever turns away, We have not sent you as a keeper over them.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:80
[COLOR="#008000"] {مَّن يُطِعِ الرَّسُولَ فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ اللَّـهَ ۖ وَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ فَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا ﴿٨٠﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء].

And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{O you who believe, fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may guard against evil.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:183

Again Allah’s messenger Mohammad -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- said: [COLOR="#800000"][if you saw the (new) crescent then fast and if you see it (again) then break the fast][/COLOR], that’s ratifying to the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Month of Ramadan is that in which the Quran was revealed, a guidance to the people and clear proofs of the guidance and (Furqan) the Criterion. [COLOR="#008000"]{شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ ۚ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:185].

I am the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, I issue fatwa with Truth that those who announce the first fasting for month of Ramadan before they sight the crescent of its month by the committees of detecting the crescent of Ramadan surely those who violated Allah’s command in His decisive Book the grand Quran and they violated command of Mohammad messenger of Allah in narrations of the prophetic sunna which are compatible with Allah’s command in His decisive Book and it does not violate it a thing.

I call on Allah to witness and Allah is a Sufficient witness that who violated Allah’s command and His messenger he surely violated Allah and His messenger, and Allah would never accept fasting of who violated Allah’s command and His messenger, and it should not be for the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni to follow your desires — O you who announce the fore-beginning fasting of Ramadan before you see the crescent of Ramadan, (quoting from the Quran) Say: Bring your proof if you are truthful!

O community of the best foremost supporters in various regions each who heard in his country that legally proved sighting the crescent of Ramadan after sunset of that country he should fast therein, even if the committees of detecting the crescent are liars verily their lie is against them yet Allah accept your fasting, as for you follow those who announce the legitimate fore-beginning month of Ramadan on so day while they did not see the crescent then you fast according to their false fatwa making conjectures about the unseen, verily I say: No and a thousand no, surely I would never be pleased that you violate Allah’s command in His decisive Book the grand Quran, and I would never be pleased that you violate the command of Allah’s messenger in the True narrations in the True sunna of Mohammad messenger of Allah with which his tongue spoke -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- who he does not speak out of desire in Allah’s religion out of himself, and it should not be for the True narrations to be contrary to Allah’s decisive Book the grand Quran if you believe in it, so do not violate Allah’s command and His messenger nor go astray with those who are misleaders to themselves and to their nation.

And here he is the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, indeed he knows the sure knowledge of the scientific calculation the fore-beginnings of the overtakes that the crescent of Shaaban entered in the dark phase (Muhaq) at dawn of Monday and begane in the emerging on morning of Monday while it is in the state of overtaking by the date and timing of the honored Mecca center of the earth and the World and Qibla of the nations by the clock of the first House (of worship) placed for the people; Allah’s sacred exalted House. Indeed, the legitimate fore-beginning of Ramadan by calculation of the crescents sightings by the (naked) eye after sunset as was those who from before you among the nations, surely it was supposed that you see it after sunset on Monday the night of Tuesday legitimately and by the naked eye, but I know a most certain knowledge that the sun overtook the moon, so the crescent was born before the eclipse then the sun met with it while it’s just a (new) crescent, and that is a condition from the major conditions of the Hour, and a sign of ratification for the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, so you would find the first night of full-moon reaches a complete full-moon at dawn of Monday by the time of the honored Mecca, as for the second of the full-moon, surely after sunset of Monday the night of Tuesday to the fact the full-moon by viewing is two nights.

Some of you whom telescopes mislead him, so he would see the two horns of the crescent in reverse what he sees it in reality, or he sees a crescent of another planet so he would think that it is the crescent, and this is only because of the telescopes that magnifies the planets,unless he has experience in detecting crescents.

Although I surely throughout (the past) ten years I did not use telescope except in the year 1438 to the fact I always see the crescents of overtaking in my sleep, and I wanted to see it upon the actual reality, and that been accomplished at dawn of Monday in the fore-beginning of Rajab for the year 1438 according according to the overtaking and the two horns of the crescent were upward by eye viewing, as well by the telescope did not change the two horns of the crescent, to the fact horns of the crescent of Rajab for the year 1438 was upwards which means heavenly horns exactly, and for that the telescope did not change its direction because I was looking at the crescent in reality at the same moment by the naked eye, so I see them upward and as that I look through the telescope then I see them in the same position, but when the two horns of the crescent are tilted heavenly and southward as like the crescent of the past Shaban for this year of yours 1429, so whoever look at it by the naked eye he would see it with truth upon the actual reality southward and heavenly, which means that they two horns tilted towards the south and heavenly upon the actual reality, but when I look through the telescope I see two horns of the crescent tilted toward the north heavenly but the direction of the two horns of the lunar crescent if the two horns are upward, which means directed towards the sky completely.

And you should know a sure knowledge that horns of the new month difere than the horns of the month that is before it since Allah created the heavens and the earth, and that divinely wisdom of that in order to clear for you horns of the crescent of the new month that it comes different than the horns of the last old month that is from before it, and that’s forit manifest to whom Allah pleased to see the crescent of the month by dawn while it is in state of overtaking by dawn at the horizon of any country.

And in respect to crescent of Ramadan for this year of yours 1439 it entered in the dark stage (Muhaq) at dawn of Monday after sunset of Sunday, and I am aware of what I say exactly, and for that the first night of full moon is considered Monday and the night of Tuesday after sunset of Monday for the viewers at the full moon by the entire humans on the face of earth. And each according to his east horizon, as for the first night of full-moon surely each-one according to their westerly horizon by dawan, if you believe in the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Nay, by the moon!(32) And the night when it departs!(33) And the dawn when it shines!—(34) Surely it is one of the gravest (misfortunes).(35) A warning to mortals,(36) To him among you who will go forward or will remain behind.(37)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Muddath-thir] 74:32-37
[COLOR="#008000"]{كَلَّا وَالْقَمَرِ ﴿٣٢﴾ وَاللَّيْلِ إِذْ أَدْبَرَ ﴿٣٣﴾ وَالصُّبْحِ إِذَا أَسْفَرَ ﴿٣٤﴾ إِنَّهَا لَإِحْدَى الْكُبَرِ ﴿٣٥﴾ نَذِيرًا لِّلْبَشَرِ ﴿٣٦﴾ لِمَن شَاءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوْ يَتَأَخَّرَ ﴿٣٧﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [المدثر].

praise be to Allah, verily most humans do not sleep in the nights of Ramadan, and the intended from the warner for the humans is how the full moon gets complete before the night of middle of the month by several nights? And the answer for the possessors of understanding-minds: That’s to the fact the sun overtook the moon so the crescent got born before the eclipse then the sun met with it while it is just a crescent, which mean has passed on it two nights or three according to the kind of overtakings from greater to the greater, and that is because the reality with Truth upon the actual reality about the secret of swelling of the crescents. Ratification to Allah’s messenger Mohammad -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- said: [COLOR="#800000"][From (signs) of the approaching Hour is that the crescent seen in front of (them), so it would be said: for two nights or three][/COLOR], as you will see the crescent of Ramadan for this year of yours 1439 being swollen despite it is the first night they see it among the worlds! So what is the cause of its swelling? Then the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni answers you and I say again and repeatedly:

That is from what Allah taught me, and Allah’s curse be upon Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni if he is a liar or Allah’s curse be upon who refused and got arrogant after the Truth from his Lord manifested to him then he refused the allegiance and following the Truth, so would (any) hate the Truth from Allah except every accursed-outcast satan? My Lord forgive and have mercy, and judge between us by Al-Rajifa falls on the most arch enemies of Allah and His messengers, so You would afflict by the chastisement of it whom You please, and You remove it from whom You please. O our Allah, forgive and have mercy for the oppressed Muslims among the worlds.O Whom You encompass all things with mercy and knowledge, and guide the misguided whom they do not know and whom if they knew the Truth from their Lord they would follow it, and Your promise is ever Truth and You are the Most Merciful more so than all the merciful ones.

O the cursed Donald Trump from the biggest human satans and whoever is of your ilk from the zionists like you, where is the escape? Surely you would never find besides Allah a guardian and supporter for you. Allah will chastise you when He pleases, surely the command to Allah from before and after. I hoped from my Lord to be bee soon. O you who declared the holy Quds is the capital of Allah’s enemies of the Jews.

O community of kings and leaders of the Muslims; the Arabs and foreigners, has preceded that we told you about the global zionist plan, and to get prepared for the general setting off for defending yourselves, your land and your people, and announce your allegiance to the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, and say: “We vow to you the allegiance to Allah Lord of the worlds, and our armies are your soldiers — O Allah’s khalifa the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, so much we are in need at this time for the Awaited Mahdi, so be the Awaited Mahdi or not be, but will you remove the kingship of every king, prince or president who pledged allegiance to you before the sign of the painful chastisement?”. Then the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to the entire leaders of humans altogether, and I say: a covenant by Allah I would never remove kingship of disbeliever who pledged allegiance to the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni to achieve the global peace among the nations of humans, and nullifying terrorism yet achieving the peaceful coexistence between Muslims and disbeliever, also remove the oppression of man against his fellow man; surely there is no compulsion in Allah’s religion, and I call the entire servants of Allah to worship the Lord the Worshiped Allah Him Alone, no partner for Him, Who I worship Him being sincere to Him in my obedience. And if you refuse then I say to you what Allah commanded me and His messengers what we should say it to you in the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Say: I worship Allah, being sincere to Him in my obedience.(14) Serve then what you will besides Him. Say: The losers surely are those who lose themselves and their people on the day of Resurrection. Now surely that is the manifest loss!(15) They shall have coverings of fire above them and coverings beneath them. With that Allah makes His servants to fear; so keep your duty to Me, O My servants.(16)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zumar] 39:14-16
